WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assistant General Manager
- Assists with coordinating planning and executing activities with supervisors in regards to timetables, work schedules, etc.
- Assist with determining the workforce, recruitment and hiring of new staff
- Provide leadership support and direction to team members
- Assists in the responsibility of all hotel cash flow
- Must have working knowledge of specific property management systems used at the property
- Maintain high standard of hospitality and service
- Maintain high visibility throughout the property
- Requires excellent communication skills
