Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers in person to provide information about AT&T products and services
Answer questions and help individuals make informed decisions based on their needs
Recommend service options and available promotions
Deliver outstanding customer experiences through professional and courteous interactions
Resolve basic customer concerns and direct inquiries when appropriate
Stay informed on new products, services, and promotional offers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity
