Lead Guard - Spring Hill Part time Lead Guard of Spring Hill School Crossing Guards
ACMS is looking for a dedicated individuals to join our leadership team for our Spring Hill program! Leadership is the heart of our mission, “Keeping Kids Safe”. The Leadership Team is ultimately responsible for overseeing and managing their local Crossing Guard programs in this field based position.
Leadership Qualifications:
- Be self-motivated and dependable.
- Be personable, out-going, friendly and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Able to lift/ transport various items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Availability for shifts both before and after school.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not necessary.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- This position often requires short response times to the job site so candidates in or adjacent to the Spring Hill are preferred.
Compensation for Lead Guard Spring Hill earn $21.50 per hour for all hours worked. This role includes approximately 1 hour per day of Lead duties, plus 2 hours per day working a School Crossing Guard post. School days only.
