Position Overview:The Senior Product Manager, Consumer Engagement will define and execute product strategy for Aeropay’s mobile consumer experiences, with a focus on engagement, rewards, loyalty and overall user experience across the Aeropay application ecosystem.
This role will own key areas of the consumer roadmap and drive initiatives that improve customer engagement, retention and long-term product adoption across iOS and Android platforms. This individual will work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX Design, Revenue and Business Operations to develop and launch scalable, consumer-facing features and experiences that align with Aeropay’s broader business objectives.
This individual will help shape the future direction of Aeropay’s consumer product experience by identifying customer pain points, defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmap initiatives and driving execution from concept through launch. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating within evolving and ambiguous product spaces, capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and energized by building intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences in a fast-paced fintech environment.
This role will also work closely with Aeropay’s CEO, executive leadership and Marketing teams on strategic product initiatives, consumer engagement opportunities and long-term GTM planning. The ideal candidate should be comfortable contributing to high-level product discussions, collaborating directly with executive stakeholders and helping drive product decisions that influence the future of Aeropay’s consumer platform.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmapping:- Define and drive key areas of the consumer engagement roadmap in alignment with company objectives and long-term product strategy
- Develop product strategies focused on engagement, rewards, loyalty experiences and overall customer retention
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, user flows, feature adoption and overall mobile app experience
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact and technical feasibility
Mobile Product Experience:- Help shape the future user experience across Aeropay’s mobile consumer ecosystem
- Partner closely with UX Design and Engineering teams to develop intuitive and scalable mobile experiences across iOS and Android platforms
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement metrics and feedback to improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Advocate for high-quality, consumer-first product experiences across all touchpoints
Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner closely with Engineering, UX Design, Revenue and Business Operations throughout the product lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with Aeropay’s CEO and leadership team on strategic product discussions, prioritization and long-term planning
- Ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed on roadmap priorities, delivery timelines and product direction
- Operate effectively within ambiguous and evolving product spaces while helping establish structure and clarity along the way
Qualifications:- 7-10 years of product management experience supporting consumer-facing or mobile-first products
- Experience building or managing mobile application experiences across iOS and Android environments
- Strong understanding of consumer engagement, loyalty, rewards or fintech/payment ecosystems
- Experience owning product strategy and execution within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams on APIs, architecture and technical tradeoffs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with executive leadership
- Strong understanding of UX principles, onboarding flows and consumer engagement strategies
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments to help define strategy within evolving product spaces
Working Location, Compensation & Benefits:- This role is expected to be in office at Aeropay’s downtown Chicago HQ weekly from Monday through Thursday
- Salary Range: $150k - $180K base salary (DOE)

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $180,000 per year.
