Social Commerce Project Manager
As a Social Commerce Project Manager, you will be assigned brands under Social Commerce Managers based in the US. You will work in close synergy with them — aligning on brand strategy, execution, and performance goals — while independently owning day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop. Your core mission is to conduct brand and competitor analysis, maximize creator outreach, drive video volume, manage affiliate pipelines, and deliver performance reporting to accelerate brand GMV on TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Analysis
Conduct brand, category, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Build and execute strategies to grow video volume, creator engagement, and affiliate GMV.
Collaboration with US-based Social Commerce Managers
Work in close synergy with your assigned Social Commerce Manager in the US to align on brand goals, priorities, and execution strategy.
Provide regular updates, flag blockers proactively, and ensure seamless communication across time zones.
Translate high-level brand strategies into actionable day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop.
Creator Outreach & Pipeline
Independently identify, outreach, and onboard creators aligned with brand goals.
Manage the full creator pipeline — outreach, sample approvals, video tracking, and follow-up.
Affiliate & Campaign Management
TikTok Shop Operations
Track platform metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum visibility and revenue.

Ensure streamlined creator outreach, consistent sample inflow, and maximum video volume across all assigned brands.
Drive strategic message creation and optimized creator briefs to improve content quality and posting frequency.
Reporting & Quality
Deliver accurate, data-driven performance reports to your US-based Social Commerce Manager regularly.
Proactively identify risks — video drops, violations, SPS declines — before they escalate.
Ideal Candidate
2–5 years in project management, influencer marketing, or ecommerce operations.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, creator ecosystems, and affiliate programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — essential for cross-timezone collaboration with US teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
Self-starter who can independently manage multiple brands without hand-holding.
Comfortable working in synergy with international stakeholders and adapting to their working styles.
