Description:
- Manage and contact all incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Contact present customers via phone, texting and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty.
- Work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements.
- Establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations.
- Assist with special service projects / campaigns.
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strongly Preferred: Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Must have general knowledge of all makes and models as we handle everything, including many high line units
- Must be good with technology (phones, computer, etc.)
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to work independently
- Team player
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least two years of BDC experience in the automotive space
Compensation details: 60000-150000 Yearly Salary
