Production Laborer – Clarkton, NC

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM Some Saturdays may be required

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Clarkton, NC. This position involves assisting with production operations, handling materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates must be able to work in a hot production environment and perform physical labor throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform general production and labor duties as assigned
Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (training provided as needed)
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist team members and supervisors with production needs
Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
Must be available to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
Some Saturday work may be required based on production needs
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must have a clean background check
