Job Title: Stacker Helper (Night Shift)
Location: Tabor City, NC
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Stacker to join our team in an industrial warehouse environment. This position is responsible for stacking, organizing, and handling materials efficiently while maintaining safety and productivity standards during overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stack, sort, and organize materials in designated warehouse areas
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
- Assist with machine operations as needed in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial, mechanical, or spinning mill environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM), Monday through Thursday
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge or machine operation experience
