Entry-Level Restoration Technician

$20–$25/hour + Overtime & On-Call Opportunities
Northeast Power Dry is a 24/7 emergency restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, hands-on industry.
No restoration experience? No problem. We provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, helping people during stressful situations, and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do
Respond to residential and commercial emergency service callsPerform water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup servicesSet up and monitor drying equipmentRemove damaged materials safely and efficientlyFollow company procedures and safety guidelinesCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersSupport Crew Chiefs and other technicians on job sitesHelp ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
What We're Looking For
Valid driver’s license requiredStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceComfortable working in physically demanding environmentsAbility to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spacesWillingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responsePositive attitude and ability to work well on a teamGood communication and customer service skill
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Construction, demolition, restoration, plumbing, or carpentry experienceWater/mold mitigation experienceGeneral labor or physically demanding work experienceIICRC certifications
