Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid – Fall River, MA)
Schedule: In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays | Remote: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
About the Role
D2G Group is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing strategy and execution across key product categories. This is a high-impact, senior-level individual contributor role responsible for driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and speed-to-market.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Development, Quality, Logistics, and Marketing to bring products from concept to launch—while identifying opportunities to improve margins, processes, and overall supply chain performance.
This role offers a high level of ownership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates independently, and takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Must be able to commute to our Fall River, MA office for in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute sourcing strategies aligned with category and business goalsIdentify, evaluate, and develop supplier partnerships (domestic and international)Lead pricing negotiations and commercial terms to drive cost savings and margin improvementAnalyze cost structures and maintain accurate costing models and margin trackingPartner with Product Development on sourcing for new product launches, including sampling and approvalsProactively identify supply chain risks and implement solutionsMonitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesImprove sourcing processes and cross-functional workflows
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chainProven track record of leading supplier negotiations and managing vendor relationshipsStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisionsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Compensation
Starting at $75,000+ annually, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this role has a minimum base salary of $75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, expertise, and internal equity.
