Service Air is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and leadership in the field.
Position Overview
- Lead residential and/or light commercial HVAC installations
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to code
- Supervise helpers or junior installers
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices
- Ability to lead a job from start to finish
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Compensation
$75,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and performance
