Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Sales Coordinatorfor the Tulsa Club Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103. The Sales Coordinator will help bring group bookings, meetings, and guest experiences to life. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring our guests and clients feel taken care of every step of the way!
What You’ll Do
- Support the sales team with contracts, proposals, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, BEOs, and event details
- Communicate guest and group needs across departments
- Assist with site tours, client visits, and sales initiatives
- Maintain files, reports, and administrative systems
- Support marketing efforts, social media, and sales events
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt standards preferred
Core Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar
- Professional and positive interaction with guests and team members
- Strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks, including business correspondence and phone etiquette
- Available to assist with guest needs, including occasional weekends
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily indoor, office-based work in a climate-controlled environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours), with regular walking and standing throughout the day
- Must be able to move efficiently between departments as needed
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
- Requires repetitive motions including typing, writing, and use of office equipment
- Continuous communication with guests and team members (speaking and hearing)
- Frequent use of near vision and depth perception
- Manual dexterity required to operate office equipment (computers, copiers, printers, etc.)
- Typing requirement of at least 50 WPM
