Your role as Career Counselor
Dialogue is looking for a Career Counselor to take part in our mission to help people improve their wellbeing. Working closely with Sarine Moumdjian, Manager Member Services, your role will be to help clients figure out their career path through individual counseling. What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly assess clients' situations
- Offer short-term guidance during an initial meeting and follow-up meetings (assistance in career planning and development)
- Develop and provide resources and tools according to the client's needs
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- Comfortable in French and English, both spoken and written
- Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)
- Part time availability of 21 hours/week min.
- At least 3 years of experience as a career counselor
- Experience working in a remote environment or openness to remote work
- Experience working with adult clientele is an asset
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
