PDL Waste Solutions is located in Janesville, WI and is HIRING NOW for a CDL-A Roll-Off Driver (Part Time & Full Time).
We are a small, hard-working team looking for dependable drivers who want steady local work, weekly pay, and to be home every night. At PDL, you are not just a number. We work together to get the job done safely, professionally, and efficiently.
CDL-A Roll-Off Driver Responsibilities:
• Operate roll-off dumpster trucks daily
• Complete dumpster drop-offs, swaps, and pick-ups
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
• Use driver apps and follow job notes accurately
• Perform daily truck inspections and basic equipment checks
• Work with a fast-paced and motivated team
• Help keep job sites and equipment safe and clean
CDL-A Roll-Off Driver Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• Clean driving record
• Reliable and on time
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Comfortable using driver apps and GPS directions
• Roll-off experience preferred — WE WILL TRAIN the right driver
• Farm equipment or construction equipment experience is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
