We’re seeking a seasoned Retail Store Managerto drive showroom excellence at our Vero Beach location. A highvisibility role for a leader ready to elevate a challenging showroom, build momentum, and grow a winning sales team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team
- Strengthen customer experience and showroom presentation
- Drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and KPI execution
- Build local business relationships and commercial sales opportunities
- Maintain smooth, compliant daily operations
Compensation & Schedule:
- Guaranteed base salaryfor the first 3 months
- Then transition to:Base + Commission + Overrides + Incentives + Bonuses
- Predictable retail hours,no overnights, and minimal admin work

- Proven leader in premium or servicefocused retail
- Strong sales coach with consistent KPI results
- Weekend availability and occasional events in Largo, FL
- Handson, driven, and ready to build a strong team
