Restaurant server Part-Time Server – Crave & Grand Central Bistro (The Marquardt)
Location: Watertown, WI
Job Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends no late nights out most nights by 7:30pm)
Pay: From $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a skilled and personable Restaurant Server to join our team at Crave and Grand Central Bistro, located within The Marquardt community. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections and providing excellent service in a welcoming, resident-focused environment.
As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for residents, guests, and staff by delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive table service
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions clearly
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- 1+ year of restaurant serving experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Watertown Bartender License required or ability to obtain shortly after hire
