Position Summary
The Concierge serves as a welcoming ambassador for Cass Health, ensuring that patients, visitors, vendors, and guests feel supported, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive. This role implements established protocols while delivering a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience that reflects Cass Health’s commitment to safety, service excellence, and patient-centered care.
This is a PRN summer position with the opportunity to float between Switchboard, Plant Operations, Food Services, and Guest Relations, providing flexible support and exceptional service across the hospital.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
- Implement current entrance screening and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming, respectful presence.
- Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact, answering questions and directing individuals appropriately.
- Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines.
- Communicate concerns, questions, or issues promptly to the appropriate staff or leadership.
- Provide Valet Services to enhance the arrival and departure experience for patients and visitors.
- Assess mobility and ambulation needs, offering assistance within scope and coordinating additional support when needed.
- Actively participate as a member of a supportive and collaborative team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a positive, seamless experience for all who enter Cass Health.
