Assists with the oversight of the production of assigned meals according to recipe cards. Will work as a leader in the production area. Coordinate sanitation projects, implement assignments as delegated, strive to maintain positive communication among the production team. Follow quality standards and guidelines at all times when preparing meals or directing other employees involved with production of food items.
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma plus special training in Food Service, including but not limited to two (2) years institutional cooking experience. Special diet course is preferred. Associate’s degree in culinary field or certification in culinary field required.
Salary: $22.72 - $26.39
