Digital Experience Manager
Manages the optimization of the health system’s comprehensive digital experience across consumer- and employee-facing platforms, providing operational oversight and team leadership to ensure seamless, accessible and data-driven digital engagement aligned with health system’s strategy, goals and mission.
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare communications, online strategy or a similar field.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times.
- Ability to carry out obligations and duties of the position.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and best practices of digital communications, website design principles, user experience, digital accessibility standards, CMS, CRM, email and SMS platforms.
- Excellent human relations and oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of communication principles.
