We're seeking a Floating New Home Sales Consultant who can connect with guests, guide them through the home buying journey, and confidently close deals. This role works closely with community leadership and the broader sales team, following established processes while bringing energy, ownership, and consistency to daily sales activities. Success in this position requires strong communication, persistence, and a hands-on, self-driven approach.

JOB DUTIES
Sales & Lead Generation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through community engagement, events, and consistent follow-up.
Customer Experience
Guide prospective buyers through the home buying process while delivering a high-level, hospitality-driven experience.
Closing & Execution
Confidently ask for the sale, handle objections, and move prospects from interest to close.
CRM & Follow-Up
Utilize systems (HubSpot or similar) to track leads, manage communication, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Team Collaboration
Work alongside community managers, marketing, and leadership to align on goals and drive results.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years sales experience (real estate or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
Willingness to work weekends and engage with guests on-site
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$21–$23/hour base + uncapped commission
