Supervises assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).
Responsibilities:
Supervises the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
Assists with performance evaluations.
Participates in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
