We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide leadership and oversight for a medical review services contract supporting the U.S. Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This is a fully remote position responsible for managing personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact with the Government. Position availability is based on successful contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall program management, staffing, and operational oversight for contract performance
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
- Ensure timely and effective communication with the Government on all program matters
- Oversee personnel across multiple geographically dispersed locations
- Manage staffing levels, including coordinating coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences
- Notify the COR as soon as possible, but no later than the first hour of any personnel absence, and communicate the plan for coverage
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and performance standards
- Maintain responsiveness to Government needs, inquiries, and priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution (required)
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work of similar scope and complexity
- Experience should include demonstrated knowledge of Army Recruiting Battalion and Company Operations
- At least two (2) years of experience as a contract manager
- Strong understanding of military structure and operations
- Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively and professionally to Government stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting federal or Department of Defense (DoD) contracts
- Familiarity with medical or behavioral health services programs
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Work Environment
This is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work standard EST business hours.
