Our Print team creates original artwork and provides newness to ideas handed off from the design team.We are seeking an Associate Print Designer to work on two of our brands:
- Laura Ashley draws inspiration from the quintessential English lifestyle. Creating a feminine, sophisticated and timeless product, these traditional values and aesthetics are applied to create patterns that are rich in floral prints, remaining classic and true to the brand.
- Cath Kidston delivers a playful and nostalgic interpretation of British life. These prints are cheerful, functional, and full of personality, as the brand is known for its hand-drawn prints, ditsy florals, and novelty motifs, bringing a colorful, lighthearted twist to traditional patterns.
The right candidate will be comfortable working on prints for multiple fabrics, as our collection spans across bras, panties, lingerie, sleep and loungewear. They must be passionate, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to execute on the below essential responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Support Print Designer in creating original prints and graphics from concept through pre-production in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with Print Designer, ask questions when necessary, and apply recently gained information on future projects.
- Create original hand painted and drawn artworks that are brand appropriate.
- Prep existing artwork for production - create rotary repeats and reduce colors to factory ready screens
- Proactively gain understanding of production constraints for factory ready artwork and re-peats.
- Maintain a working knowledge of factory-ready artwork and repeats.
Qualifications:
- 2- 3 years of experience in textile design.
- Degree in Textile Design or related field.
- Strong hand painting + illustration skills with a focus on detailed florals.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn.
- Ideal candidate is passionate about print design, with a great eye for color, design, and trend.
