What Youll Do

Develop accurate, competitive estimates while identifying opportunities to win work
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors
Attend job walks and engage directly with customers to understand project needs
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed proposals
Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and leadership to finalize bids
Present proposals, answer client questions, and help position the company to secure projects
Track market trends and pricing to stay competitive and drive revenue growth
Support change orders and ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with estimating, construction, or commercial roofing (preferred but not required)
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Experience preparing proposals, bids, or client-facing documents is a plus
