University Physicians’ Association is looking for dedicated team members to fill multiple positions for Medical Accounts Receivable Representatives. Remote work options are available for this position; however, candidate must be able to commute to Knoxville, TN for a required on-site training period for a minimum of 90 days. Some positions may also require intermittent time in the office, as needs arise.
POSITION: Full-Time, Monday through Friday work week with flexible scheduling available.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:
- Apply knowledge of insurance guidelines and requirements to resolve denials or partially paid claims through interaction with insurance carriers, patients or physicians.
- Correspond with client to resolve inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify payer trends and notify manager of negative trends.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Following established processes and procedures.
