Position Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable team members to join our crew as a Prep/Line Cook. This role is for back-of-house food prep responsibilities. You’ll be an integral part of the guest experience—from preparing ingredients and putting together food items and creating warm interactions at the outlet.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and a professional demeanor
- Provide clear and engaging information about food and drink offerings
- Guide guests through ordering, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations
Food & Drink Prep
- Assist with daily food prep (chopping, assembling, portioning) per kitchen guidelines
- Package and present food items with care, consistency, and cleanliness
- Prepare all food items in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
Operations & Efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized service counter and food prep area
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times
Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate with main kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service
- Help maintain a positive, solution-oriented work environment
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing guest needs
