What You’ll Do
Depending on the role, teammates may be responsible for:
- Supporting production and manufacturing operations
- Operating machinery, tools, or sewing equipment
- Performing fabrication, welding, or machining tasks
- Assisting with material handling and shop organization
- Following safety and quality procedures
- Working collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Willingness to learn and support team operations
- Previous shop, welding, machining, or sewing experience is a plus but not required for all roles
