What You'll Do
- Overnight supervision & safety checks
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines
- Crisis support and positive behavior reinforcement
- Build meaningful connections with residents
Requirements
- Associate/Bachelor's degree OR 2 years experience with youth
- Valid driver's license preferred, age 21+
- Background check required
