We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team in Pearland, TX, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
Position Overview
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in the emergency department.
- Work primarily with low acuity, low volume cases to ensure focused and attentive patient care.
- Shifts are 24 hours in length, with a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
Work Environment
- Emergency department with 7 patient rooms per location.
- Physician room equipped with a private bed, computer, and refrigerator for comfort and convenience during shifts.
- Use of Electronic Medical Records system: EPD.
- Cohesive team environment from front desk staff to physicians, fostering collaboration and support.
- Strong administrative support system in place to streamline workflow and reduce non-clinical burdens.

Qualifications
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
- Experience in emergency medicine preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
