Job duties:Work hybrid remote.
Our firm has about 80 attorneys currently. We are looking for Associates and OF Counsels throughout our New Jersey and New York offices.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
Required:· NJ bar· Recent insurance defense experience
