About the role
- If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit. We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Specialists who take pride in connecting with customers through email, live chat, text and phone while delivering a great experience from the first hello to the final resolution.
- This is a full-time, on-site position at our Bluffdale, Utah office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism and care.
- Processing orders and resolving issues efficiently using up-to-date tools and technology.
- Becoming a go-to resource for product, pricing and shipping questions.
- Building genuine relationships with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the right solutions.
- Guiding customers through online platforms and self service options.
What We’re looking for
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Strong communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required (we’re happy to help train the right person).
