About Happy to Help Caregiving
Happy to Help Caregiving provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best: home. We support families through companionship, personal care, respite care, and veteran-focused services, always with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and dependable support. Our goal is to provide care that feels personal, professional, and responsive to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and daily routines.
At Happy to Help, we believe great care is built on trust, consistency, and meaningful human connection. Our caregivers play an essential role in helping clients maintain quality of life at home while offering families peace of mind and reliable support. We are proud to build local care teams that show up with kindness, professionalism, and heart, and we value caregivers who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of others every day.
About the Role
Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our caregiving team. As a caregiver, you will play an important and meaningful role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. You'll provide essential non-medical support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans — helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the place they know best: home.
This is hands-on, relationship-driven work for someone who wants to show up consistently, build real connections with clients and families, and make a positive impact every single day. Our caregivers are trusted members of the care team who bring compassion, professionalism, patience, and respect to every shift. If you're responsible, caring, and ready to make a difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Depending on the client's needs and individualized care plan, your daily duties may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful engagement through conversation, activities, and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences, dietary needs, or care plan instructions, and providing feeding support if needed
- Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, tidying common areas, taking out trash, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Providing medication reminders in accordance with the care plan (no handling or administering of medications)
- Assisting with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers, including the use of walkers, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids
- Providing transportation assistance for medical appointments, errands, grocery shopping, or other approved outings
- Providing respite care support to give family caregivers a needed break while ensuring continuity of care
- Following all care instructions, documenting shift activity appropriately, and communicating any changes in the client's condition or needs to the office promptly
- Supporting each client's independence, personal preferences, daily routines, and overall well-being with professionalism and respect
You will help create a safe, respectful, and positive experience for every client by showing up on time, following care plan instructions, maintaining professional boundaries, and treating every home you enter with care and respect.
