As a Leasing Intern with a focus on customer service, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the leasing activities of the apartment community while prioritizing the happiness and well-being of current residents. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new residents, enhance resident retention, and ensure a high level of satisfaction among all residents. Your efforts will contribute to creating a vibrant and welcoming community that residents are proud to call home.
Qualifications:
- Prior leasing and sales experience
- Strong closing skills, creative problem solving, ability to market units effectively
- Customer service background preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong intrapersonal skills, somebody who can handle objection
- Administrative experience preferred
- Detail oriented, time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to multitask
- Hospitality background preferred
- Positive team player and a self-starter
- Yardi Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations preferred
