Roles andResponsibilities:
·Achieve sales quota for Enterprise SaaS; Deliver against defined revenue and ARR targets
·Hunter mindset – driven to find new logos and consistently grow the business
·Generate new leads by effectively utilizing multiple channels including cold calls, referrals, events, emails, networking, social media, etc.
·Build and manage opportunity pipeline; Research prospects and follow-up on all leads
·Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to improve lead flow and quality
·Learn to position Qyrus, its benefits and how it addresses customer needs, differentiating the product from the competition, and focusing value delivered
·Conduct platform demonstrations as needed to increase prospect interest.
·Develop and present proposals to prospects
·Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
·Manage the entire sales cycle from demand creation, customer engagement to contract. Ensure internal CRM systems are updated
Candidate Profile – Experience and desired competencies
·4+ yrs of experience with proven track record of success in SaaS Selling
·Automation Testing platform sales background(Preferred)
·Follow industry trends; Grasp of competitors’ services and range of solutions
·CRM tool/platform understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
·Energetic, Aggressive, Tech Savvy, Self driven and highly motivated
·Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
·Collaborative Team player
