We’re hiring a Print Production Lead to guide our custom graphics printing team while remaining actively involved in daily production. This is a working leader role—ideal for an experienced print or manufacturing professional who enjoys mentoring others, setting the pace, and ensuring high-quality output.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be on the production floor—supporting operators, prioritizing work, solving problems, and making quality decisions that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily production flow and assign work to meet deadlines
- Be the go‑to leader on the floor—remove roadblocks and keep jobs moving
- Inspect finished products and make confident quality decisions
- Train, coach, and cross‑train team members
- Assist with printer setup and minor equipment troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other leads to balance workload and resources
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Consumer product manufacturing experience required
- Custom printing or graphics production experience preferred
- Hands‑on leadership style with strong attention to detail
- Basic Adobe Illustrator and intermediate computer skills

Compensation
- Displays2Go takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role is $22-26/hr. Final base pay will be determined based on responsibilities, job-related skills, experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
