Job Duties This warehouse leadership position is responsible for managing a team assigned to warehouse projects. The role oversees all warehousing processes, ensuring operations are completed on time and within budget while maintaining accurate electronic inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). The individual will manage daily workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer expectations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams and clients, both in person and through phone or email communication. The role requires maintaining detailed documentation, scheduling inventory requests, conducting regular cycle counts, and using handheld scanners and inventory software to process and ship orders. Responsibilities also include ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality and packing standards and verifying shipments against pick tickets, invoices, and bills of lading/invoices. The position includes overseeing fleet, equipment, and tool management, as well as supervising warehouse organization and cleanliness. The role requires the ability to operate lift trucks and pallet jacks, and to load and unload inventory as needed. A strong focus on safety, fulfillment accuracy, and meeting production standards is critical. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make timely decisions is essential. Additional duties may be assigned depending on your warehouse, the time of year, and the needs of your team. The work schedule for this role will Be:
