We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a busy call center in Myrtle Beach! You’ll be helping customers over the phone to make reservations—no cold calling, no drug test or background check required.

Inbound or Outbound CSRS

Clear, professional phone communication

Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced setting

Ability to type 18 WPM for Inbound Reps

✨Training Schedule:
Inbound Nightshift Training:
- Week 1:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Week 2:
- Monday through Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Week 3:
- You’ll switch to your regular night shift hours
Outbound Nightshift Training:
- Monday & Tuesday (first two days):
- Wednesday (third day):
- You’ll switch to your regular night shift hours
