Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a client located in Beaverton, Oregon. This position requires availability on Wednesdays, Fridays, and occasional Saturdays.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining household routines. The DSP will follow an individualized support plan while encouraging independence, dignity, and personal choice. You will work closely with the client to ensure a safe, structured, and meaningful daily experience that supports their overall well-being and quality of life.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
- Dependable transportation is required, along with a valid driver’s license and current insurance, if driving is necessary for the role.
- Must have access to a mobile phone and an internet-enabled computer or tablet for communication and documentation purposes.
