Rize Home is seeking a positive, collaborative new team member to join our Customer Experience Team!
This role is primarily responsible for answering inbound calls and maintaining positive relationships with customers, distributors, and field sales reps. In this role, the Warranty Tech Specialist will use their knowledge of company’s products and administrative policies/procedures to determine the nature of assistance necessary to meet the customer’s needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Document details of consumer interactions.
Answer questions about the company’s products and services through calls and emails.
Complete troubleshooting steps to resolve or determinenext steps.
Prepare documentation for warranty claims and related work or sales orders.
Coordinate all aspects of a technician dispatch.
Follow up consistently on open issues.
Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to further enhance the customer experience.
Maintain product knowledge, understanding of next steps and the ability to communicate based on audience – consumer, technician, escalation contact.
