The Solar Foreman will manage and lead crews of up to 10 team members, providing technical expertise, coordinating daily operations, and driving productivity across all assigned projects. This role plays a critical part in forecasting, execution, and ensuring successful project completion in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Train all Solar Installers on all aspects of the job including safety requirements.Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI Co-workers, and Subcontractors; Analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutionsOrganize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframesCheck on progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed to plan; Follow Construction Job Flow ProceduresEnsure accuracy of your own and crew's time sheetsAGT is an equal opportunity employer of protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
