Summers Rubber Company is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Do
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy
- Pull and stage customer orders and internal transfers
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Receive inventory and ensure proper storage and organization
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Package products to ensure quality and safe delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
