R/W Connection Inc., a leading distributor of Industrial Hose, Gaskets, Conveyor Belting, and MRO supplies for over 70 years, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our Gasket Department at our Landisville, PA headquarters.

Position Overview:
This hands-on role involves fabricating gaskets and sheet rubber products with precision and care. We will provide training for motivated individuals looking to grow their skills in a specialized trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-cutting rubber and gasket materials
- Reading and interpreting customer prints and job specifications
- Gluing and bonding rubber materials
- Operating rotary slitter and other fabrication equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety procedures
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Prior fabrication or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
