At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we believe in bringing joy to our guests through delicious cakes and warm, welcoming service. We’re looking for a Shift Lead who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and creating a positive bakery experience for both our guests and team members.
What You’ll Do:
Support the management team in daily bakery operations
Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient workflow
Maintain high standards for product quality and guest service
Coach and support team members, leading by example
Help create a fun, positive, and team-oriented environment
Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
Previous leadership (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
