About the role
As an Image and Print Technician at Les Olson Company, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing multifunction and single-function document systems at customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day work will include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance.
This role offers the chance to interact with a variety of businesses and individuals, making strong communication and professionalism essential. You’ll represent Les Olson Company directly, providing exceptional customer service while developing your technical expertise through hands-on experience.
What you'll do
- Travel to customer locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas
- Service and repair multifunction and single-function document systems
- Diagnose technical issues and perform routine maintenance
- Ensure equipment operates at peak performance
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing Les Olson Company
- Interact with a variety of businesses and individuals daily
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided for fuel and wear/tear)
- Professional appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong desire to develop technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
