Job Description:
Carolinas Staffing is seeking motivated Die Cutters to join a Die Shop team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule & Pay:

Shift: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Work Days: Monday – Thursday (48-hour work week)
-
Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machines.

Load materials into machines and monitor production for accuracy and quality.

Perform routine checks to ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues under the guidance of senior staff.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
-
Previous mechanical experience required.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a consistent schedule.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.
