Recruiter
We are looking to hire a full-time Recruiter for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will lead talent acquisition and oversee core HR operations across our portfolio of iconic brandsincluding Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. Partnering closely with leadership, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational roles while supporting onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and the ability to build structured, scalable processes within a fast-paced fashion and e-commerce environment.
The Recruiter plays a critical role in shaping our teamattracting top talent, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture that supports growth, accountability, and long-term success.
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience recruiting for creative, e-commerce, or fashion roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
