Accounts Payable Coordinator
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and authority to manage the accounting function of accounts payable consistent with the CRMC mission and vision. This position is responsible for processing payments of the hospital’s invoices . This position is familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. This position also relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This person is expected to act with independent judgment within the sphere of expertise. This position is responsible for the entire accounts payable process.
Education: High School Diploma Required
Experience: 3-5 years of accounting - bookkeeping/posting clerk preferred.
Additional Experience Requirements:
Experience and basic knowledge of computer software including word processing; ability to learn new software quickly. Must possess ability to work well under pressure and to function independently and dependently. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, diplomacy and tact; demonstrate personal traits of team orientation, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
