How You Will Make an Impact
Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and project specifications. Troubleshoot electrical components of commercial mechanical systems to ensure seamless integration and performance. Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, following specialized blueprints and wiring diagrams. Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify hazards or defects before they impact client operations. Collaborate with the HVAC service team to provide comprehensive mechanical and electrical solutions on-site. Utilize the provided tech package to document work orders and maintain accurate records of materials used. Adhere to strict safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for the team and our commercial clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an electrician, preferably in a commercial setting. Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and technical manuals. Strong diagnostic skills regarding electrical circuits and commercial control systems. Physical ability to work in various field conditions common to commercial mechanical/electrical environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Experience working specifically with the electrical requirements of HVAC and large-scale cooling systems. Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations specific to the Florida market. Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality within a field operations team.
