Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited program of nursing
Experience:
Certification/Licensure:
Required
- Licensed Vocational Nurse, with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
- SAFE Approach Level III Certification
- Must obtain within six (6) months of start date
