Office Assistant
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of office experience who enjoys working in a small team environment. The position combines administrative support with light operational tasks, including shipping and receiving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet employees, clients, and visitors with a welcoming attitude
- Organize and maintain files (scanning, labeling, and filing)
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain office common areas, including stocking supplies
- Help set up meetings and company events
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Experience with shipping & receiving preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and support a variety of office needs
- Comfortable working in a small company environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
$20 - $22 an hour
Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
